True North Mentoring

Mentors instill positive values in kids by acting as examples. Mentors advocate for kids with schools, parents, teachers, OJA workers, and DHS workers.

Mentors are available for both males and females, ages 11-18

True North Mentoring is a 6-month program.

Mentoring is a free service and is paid for by funds from OJA. 

Mentors work with kids to build connections in their communities through use of positive activities like music, crafts, sports, volunteering, etc. Mentors also assist kids with getting ID cards, studying for permit tests, getting back into school, getting a job, ect.
