Parents as Teachers (PAT)

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a home-based education program that provides information and guidance to parents regarding the children's health, safe, and preparation for school.

What We Provide

  • Flexible, in-home visits twice per month
  • Child development screenings
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Parent support groups
  • Activities to promote school readiness

Benefits

  • Reduced parental stress
  • Improved parent-child bonding
  • Promote learning about your child's development

Do I Qualify?

  • At least 29 weeks pregnant
  • A mom, dad, or guardian of a child that is birth to six years of age
  • Live in Comanche county
