About the Program
The Family Resource Center provides support, resources, and connections to help individuals and families navigate community services and access the help they need. Our goal is to reduce barriers and connect families with programs and services that support overall well-being.
Our Family Resource Navigator offers individualized support, including resource navigation, referrals, and assistance connecting to basic needs and community programs.
